		<description>In Winnipeg, MB it is possible to enroll in a High School and get enough credits to be able to graduate by the end of Grade 11.  Then they are expected to complete University level courses while still being considered high school students. 
I like the idea of accelerated education as long as it is used to challenge students.</description>
